Payments & Policies
Full payment is required at time of registration. American Express, MasterCard and Visa are all accepted for both online and on-site registration. Checks will be accepted for advance registration only.
If paying by check: Checks should be made out to “USHCC” or “United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce” and must accompany a printout of your online registration confirmation email. Please ensure your confirmation code appears on the check and mail payment to:

Modifications & Cancellations
To modify or cancel your registration, please visit www.ushcc.com/legislative/register. You can also follow the links in your online registration confirmation email. NOTE: You will need your confirmation code to modify or cancel your registration. Changes to your order online will be available through March 10, 2017 (4:00 p.m. EST).
To modify or cancel a general registration order after this date, please contact Elite Group at 646.291.2088. To modify or cancel a sponsorship package registration after this date, please contact LS17@elitegroup.events.
Name badges, passes and pre-paid event tickets will be distributed at general registration during the Summit. General registration will take place at the in the East Ballroom Lobby of the Mayflower Hotel on March 14 & 15. Passes and tickets will not be available prior. Please look for registration signage at the hotel.
